We’re here to provide you with the tools, support and proper education, so training isn’t just something you do, but who you are.
Using our five distinct and proprietary stages of growth, the Prime40 method gets you moving again, with everything you need to develop lifelong positive training and nutrition habits. You’ll gain newfound confidence and increased body strength, while simultaneously rehabbing old injuries so you can begin moving pain-free again…guaranteed!
Here’s how the Be Strong, Not Tired journey works:

Stage 1: Mobility
Most people believe poor mobility is linked to age. But it’s not. Mobility actually related to activity – or in most accurately, inactivity! This is our starting point. We perform a full assessment of how you currently move via a series of mobility exercises and movement routines. This gives us our ‘starting point’. You’ll also get some take-home exercises to begin your journey, and prime you for every single session.
Stage 2: Movement
Next, we need to get you moving how you’re supposed to. Taking into account past injuries, current limitations, and personal preferences, we design a custom movement plan specifically for your body.
When you train the fundamental movement patterns correctly, the way the human body was designed to do consistently, you’ll not only stay in good orthopaedic health, but it will allow you to do all the physical things you love doing – without any restrictions or pain that may currently hold you back.
Stage 3: Nutrition
Next, we tackle your nutrition. Most individuals we see equate ‘healthy’ eating with eliminating all their favourite foods. Then when they (inevitably) can’t stick to this ‘healthy diet’ for more than 4 weeks they beat themselves up. Our goal in this stage is to rebuild your relationship with food, showing you eating for your goals doesn’t have to be a burden.
You will work closely with our fully qualifiedcoach to create a long term nutrition plan that works for you – without extreme restrictions. By eating a balance of the foods you love, that align with your individual profile, you’ll experience more sustained energy throughout the day, as well as eliminate food ‘hangovers’ (ie: waking up tired and groggy) that often stem from food intolerances and nutritional deficiencies.
It’s time you learned how to eat for your body.
Stage 4: Strength
The next stage is to work on your training – specifically getting you stronger. Any workout can make you sore. Any workout can make your sweat. And any workout can make you tired. That’s not hard. But not every workout makes you better!
By using progressive overload, all of our custom-built programs get you strong – whilst also addressing any mobility limitations, and prior injuries. We utilise a combination of tried and true methods, as well as the latest scientifically researched protocols that produce tangible results you can measure.
A good program is designed to build you, not break you. Effective training isn’t about crawling out of the gym ‘destroyed’, but instead working on yourself and your goals every time you hit the studio floor. We will never give you an exercise or program that you’re not capable of, nor one that puts you at risk of injury.
Because if you want to be training for the next ten years (or the rest of your life), this is how things should be done.
Stage 5: Consistency
Lastly, we equip you with the skills, habits, and internal drivers to make working out part of who you are...for life. The reason so many 12 week challenges fail, is because they never address the underlying beliefs built up from years of resistance or prior behaviours. This is where we are different.
Through our specific and proven coaching process, we help you ‘rewire’ your current exercise and lifestyle habits, so you no longer see working out as a chore, but something you genuinely look forward to. This means every session, extra rep, and meal will have a specific purpose behind it, helping you to see the much bigger picture.

How much time will I need to dedicate to this program?
You must be willing to train 2-3 times a week at our private personal training studio in Carlton.
Where is your studio?
We’re located 13 Hyam Pl, Carlton VIC 3053.
Is the training 1-1?
That’s up to you. We have options for both 1-1, and also PT on Demand training. PT on Demand means you’ll still get your own station (no shared equipment), but you’ll also have up to 3 others, of similar strengths and profiles in the session with you.
Do my coaches have experience?
All our coaches have both training and life experience, you won’t be trained by someone with little life and training experience

The minimum commitment to the Be Strong, Not Tired program is one year. This is about lasting change. Not a quick fix.

THE PRIME PATHWAY
This is your first step. An opportunity for us to understand where you are now, where you want to be, and help clarify a plan to get there. We’ll get clear on your starting point, ask you a few questions about your goals, motivation for coming in, current habits, and also get some information on any past/current injuries.
We’ll then get you onto the studio floor, so we can assess your movement to see where you’re currently operating, before finishing up by recommending what we think is the next best step for you based on what we’ve seen.
This is the starting point for all future Prime40 members.

Next Up, depending on your skill level, experience, and personal schedule, you will be invited into one of the following programs:
Prime
Prepare
Prime Prepare is our entry-level program to help get your journey off to the right start.
You’ll be taken through 3 individual 1-1 coaching sessions, as well as 2 additional small group classes with a Prime40 coach to get you prepared for the intensity, skill and mindset required to train.
Training with weights is a skill. And our goal is here to discover exactly where your skill levels are at, highlight (and begin working on) any major technique flaws, injury history, as well as prepare you for the journey to come.
Why Prime Prepare

Your next step up. Continue to build your foundational strength.
Our Prime Fundamentals program is your next step up. Here, we begin to solidify your movement patterns and mindset around exercise (and what it can do for you), as well as continue to build your foundational strength.
You’ll have the option to train either 1-1 with a Prime40 coach or move into our Prime40 Small Group classes (maximum 4:1 coach to member ratio) where you’ll be matched with those of similar skill and training experience.
With our consistent education, you’ll also begin to understand yourself, your habits, and your body better within just 8 weeks of working with us.
This is the perfect next step to help you progress.

Our signature program if you’re looking to make long term, lasting life changes.
3x52x10 is our signature program if you’re looking to make long term and lasting changes in your life. This is a total overhaul of your health, your habits, your mindset and your overall performance. It’s a long term solution, to a long term problem (putting yourself last).
This program will help you install the habits, routines, personal practices and mental discipline required to make exercise part of who you are – not just something you do.
You’ll have the opportunity to train either 1-1 with a Prime40 coach, or become part of our small group classes.
You’ll need to be able to train with us 3 days a week in our private studio, for a minimum of 12 months, as well as follow the professional advice of our in house nutrition coach, and mental performance coaches.
Over the course of 12 powerful months, 3x52x10 gives you every tool necessary to succeed on your journey by creating a skill, you’ll just have to apply it.
